Mr. Krivulka has 30 years of commercial pharmaceutical management and product experience. He has founded a number of successful companies, including Triax
Pharmaceuticals and Reliant Pharmaceuticals. He has also served as president of Bertek Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (a subsidiary of Mylan Laboratories) in St. Albans,
Vermont.
Mr. Krivulka has also held management positions in marketing, product strategy, clinical development and manufacturing at several major pharmaceutical companies,
including Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson company, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and Lederle Labs.
Prior to founding Triax Pharmaceuticals with Mr. Krivulka, Mr. Mazur, in 1995, founded Genesis Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical firm that markets cosmetic
dermatologic products. As CEO, he had overall responsibility for creating and growing the business that was sold in 2002 to Pierre Fabre, a French
pharmaceutical company.
In 1989, Mr. Mazur was among the first executives with Medicis Pharmaceuticals, a start-up dermatology pharmaceuticals company. As executive vice president
at Medicis, he was responsible for acquiring brands, as well as sales and marketing.
Mr. Mazur began his pharmaceutical career at Cooper Laboratories in 1971, and went on to lead product management, marketing and sales with Knoll
Pharmaceuticals and ICN Pharmaceuticals.
Tim Rothwell previously served as Chairman of Sanofi-aventis U.S. from February 2007 to March 2009, and from September 2004 to February 2007, was
President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, overseeing all domestic commercial operations as well as coordination of Industrial Affairs and
Research and Development activities. During Mr. Rothwell's career, he has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi-Sythelabo, Inc.,
President of Pharmacia's Global Prescription Business, worldwide President of Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals and President of the company's
Global Pharmaceutical Operations, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Sandoz Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Rothwell previously served on the PhRMA Board of Directors, as well as the Institute of Medicine's Evidence-Based Medicine roundtable, the CEO Roundtable
on Cancer, and currently serves on the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees for the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey
and the Board of Visitors for Seton Hall Law School. He is also a Trustee of the Corporate Council for America's Children at the Children's Health Fund.
Mr. Rothwell holds a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University and earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University.
Mr. Rubino has spent 30 years at every level of the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of
Pharmos Corporation where he led the transformation of the company through the acquisition of Vela Pharmaceuticals and subsequent restructuring of
Pharmos to focus on its leading development compound.
Prior to joining Pharmos, Mr. Rubino spent 24 years at Hoffmann-La Roche, one of the worlds top ten pharmaceutical companies and a global leader
in the diagnostics sector. At Roche, he was a corporate officer and member of the U.S. executive committee, holding a variety of key senior executive
positions with broad management responsibilities in operations, marketing, business development, alliance management, human resources, supply chain,
and corporate strategy.
Mr. Rubino serves on the Board of Aastrom Biosciences and also for Rutgers Business School. Mr. Rubino holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University
along with a full minor in biology and chemistry.
Mr. Larimer has spent the last twenty-five years in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and sales management. Most recently, he was Senior Director,
North American Business Development for DPT Laboratories a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) located in San Antonio,
Texas and Lakewood, New Jersey. He has also held senior management positions at Owens & Minor, National Labnet and Baxter Scientific Products.
Mr. Larimer is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. degree in engineering followed by a M.B.A. in Finance/Economics from Brenau University.
Mr. Mäder has over 32 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Most recently he was the Chairman, President and CEO of Ambrilia-Biopharma where he
conducted the companys Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) listing and successfully raised over $92 million in investments.
Prior to joining Ambrilia-Biopharma, Mr. Mäder spent 20 years with the Sandoz/Novartis group where he directed the merger of Ciba-Geigy and Sandoz in
Canada as President and CEO. Mr. Mäder ran the Global Marketing Services operation in Switzerland where he was responsible for the implementation of
globalizing marketing services and the creation of global brands for Novartis. Mr. Mäder also held assignments in marketing, sales and business development.
Mr. Mäder serves on the board of Victhom Bionics and IRICOR, University of Montreal.
Dr. Rotenberg has close to 25 years experience in various clinical and regulatory settings within global pharmaceutical companies. Early in his career,
he led the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations for Forest Laboratories, worked as a Senior Licensing Executive for G.D. Searle, and led
Regulatory Affairs for Lorex Pharmaceuticals. He also was a Technical Supervisor and Pharmacologist with the FDA where he developed expertise on various
regulatory and quality assurance issues. Dr. Rotenberg founded Rotenberg Consultants, LLC, where he advised clients on FDA interaction with respect to
regulatory and quality assurance issues. In 2003, he parlayed his business and industry experiences to become Vice President, Regulatory Affairs with
Reliant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and was later promoted to Senior Vice President, Research & Development.
Mr. Sailer has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Akrimax, he was Vice President of Product Commercialization and a
member of the Executive Committee at PDI, Inc. He also previously served in sales, sales leadership and marketing positions of increasing responsibility
in the pharmaceutical and ethical OTC marketplaces with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Bayer Healthcare. Mr. Sailer holds a Master of Business Administration
from Hofstra University and completed his undergraduate work at Seton Hall University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Journalism.
Mr. Sendrowski has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Akrimax, he was Vice President and Controller of Reliant Pharmaceuticals.
He also previously served as Senior Manager in the financial statement audit practice of KPMG, LLP with responsibility for the management of public company audits.
Mr. Sendrowski is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.
Mr. Soule has over 20 years of business development and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry and government. Prior to Akrimax, he was
Senior Director Human Resources with Reliant Pharmaceuticals. From 1986 to 2000, he served as President of Franklin County Industrial Development Corporation
where he managed numerous industrial expansion and business development projects. Mr. Soule earned his BA degree in economics and political science from
Middlebury College.
